Nourishing the Namibian Child
Nutrition starts at home but grows in schools. In this conversation, Tuwilika Haludilu shares insights from a project in Namibia that equips parents, teachers, and children with practical tools for healthier eating.
The initiative includes the Nourishing the Namibian Child book, classroom activities, and local cookbooks to promote food safety and nutrition. It strengthens the role of mothers, encourages the involvement of fathers, and empowers teachers to pass healthy habits on to the next generation.
